You guys, today is a big deal. Why you ask?

I’m cohosting the Pinterest Challenge! This is practically the virtual equivalent of finding your face on a Times Square billboard. Well, to me it is at least. :) I can’t believe that my face is next to the likes of Sherry from Young House Love, Katie from Bower Power and Renee from Red Bird Blue. Pinch me!

What is the Pinterest Challenge?

If you’re on Pinterest, a virtual pin-board site, you likely know how many great projects you’ve bookmarked and how few you’ve actually completed. Katie and Sherry decided to create the Pinterest Challenge to bring like-minded Pinterest addicts together and motivate us to completing some projects. And in case you’re curious, it’s not sponsored by Pinterest. We’re just super fans.

How does one participate?

Pick a pin or two that inspires you and get your DIY on. We’ll come back and share our projects with a link party on Wednesday, May 8. In your blog post, please be sure to link to the original source and get some pictures of the finished inspired result!

I’m still shopping and deciding on my project, so next week will be a big surprise! If you’re looking for inspiration, follow me on Pinterest. These are my past Pinterest Challenge projects, which I recently imported from the NewlyWife archives.
