I’m still alive, if not mentally, physically at least. In the last week I’ve spent five of seven nights in a hotel room – don’t worry, it’s not a sign of marital strife or anything. This is the busiest week of the year for me, work wise, and I’ve gone on and bookended it with two fun weekends. Might not have been the best of ideas, as I’m learning. While I have collected two new “firsts” over the last few days, one was decidedly more thrilling than the other. Crowd surfing = fun. Fainting on a tile floor in front of your coworkers = not so great.

At some point I will be back with stylish things to share. Until then I’m giving my sanity a chance to take a breather.
